Entry

The Communiqué Awards 2012 Entry form can be downloaded here and should be submitted via e-mail along with your entry in word or pdf format.

Each entry must be accompanied by a completed entry form, which must be authorised by the appropriate representatives of the agency and client.

Entry is charged at £150 + VAT (£180) per entry. Cheques should be made payable to PMGroup, see entry form for details of how to pay by credit card.

Charity/association/healthcare provider: entries are free of charge.

Closing date for entries is March 22, 2012 A seven-day extension will be permitted to March 29, 2012, for the additional charge of £50 + VAT (£60) per entry.

Entries CANNOT be withdrawn after April 5, 2012 once the judging process has commenced. Entry fees are non-refundable.

MULTIPLE ENTRIES

Print a copy of your entry form to be included in the set of supplementary materials for each category entered.

SUPPORTING MATERIALS

You must include the following as part of your entry: -

• COPY OF THE ENTRY FORM

• ORIGINAL CLIENT BRIEF
  Where possible, provide a copy of the original brief from the client, or relating to the campaign (you should include this in the supporting materials).

• PHOTOGRAPHS, for those categories where required.

Your images must comply with the following:

• Colour jpeg files
• No scanned images – your three high-quality key images must illustrate your entry and can include related, relevant images of your campaign for your client's product, area of business, or the field in which they operate. If it is only possible to supply scanned images they must be scanned to the highest possible resolution - a minimum of 300 dpi.
• For the Communiqué Individual, Team, Organisation and Consultancy Awards, pictures must be of people and teams. We recommend a professional photographer for best results
• The resolution must be 300 dpi and the size no less than 200mm x 200mm, to allow for landscape, portrait or square images
• Should you reach the finalist stage, these may be used for publication in Communiqué and will be used on-screen during the awards night presentation
